Price is calculated based on product size (width and height) and your choice of style and material. If you already have your desired product measurement (width and height), we can furnish an indicative quote based upon the information we received. For an accurate quotation, Artilux sales personnel would be happy to conduct a free site survey to discuss your requirement and confirm the product measurements.
Besides product size, other specifications such as product configuration and choice of material vary in pricing. Upon assessing your site condition, Artilux personnel will work in consultation with you to come up with an ideal solution that suits your unique need and budget.
Our goal is to help you navigate through the decision process with peace-of-mind. Decades of working with property owners means Artilux has gathered many product inspirations ready to be shared with you. Based on understanding of your site, our personnel can guide on product configuration and style. For instance, whether to go for a swing or slide-open option, ideal number of door panels, type of door handle, colour and material choice. A wide range of styles and shapes are available to fulfil your requirement.
Order and Delivery
Artilux provides personalized service from site survey, product advisory, measurement, delivery and installation. Contact us through your preferred channel and we would be happy to assist you further. We are also happy to work directly with your designer or contractor.
All Artilux products are hand-crafted individually to fit each unique site and therefore cannot be mass produced. The process for product fabrication typically takes at least fourteen (14) working days upon confirmation of order for most standard products. During exceptional peak seasons lead time may be extended.
We do not charge a separate delivery fee for product installation in selected Klang Valley areas. A single installation trip is complimentary for every order for Supply and Install. For delivery outside of the selected Klang Valley areas, kindly get in touch with us to make a personalized arrangement.
We commit to meeting quality craftsmanship for your custom-made product, therefore may not be able to accommodate any changes to the product specifications once the fabrication process has begun. Should you encounter any unexpected circumstances at your renovation site, do contact us and we will work together with you to assess the situation.
A minimum of 50% of the total purchase amount is payable upon confirmation of order. After which your order will be scheduled for production. The balance payment is due in full at least 48 hours (two business days) prior to delivery.
We accept payment by cash, online bank transfer, and credit card payment. For internet banking or deposit at ATMs or bank branches, we appreciate you furnishing us a copy of payment advice as proof of payment.
Getting Ready for Site Survey and Installation
Your product is fully made-to-measure to fit the designated site specifically. As such all wall and floor finishes such as tiles must be fully completed to allow for precise site measurements.
Because your product is tailor-made to the measurements taken by Artilux personnel, any changes to the site condition such as retiling or remodelling following final site measurement will render the originally specified product unusable. To ensure top performance and quality finishing, product alteration thus may be required to fit the altered site. In the event of such alteration becomes necessary, a re-fabrication cost will be incurred and Artilux will notify customers of the additional cost.
Artilux prioritizes the safety of our customers and employees. Please allow sufficient space at the installation site for our installers to safely maneuver. This includes removing all obstacles in the area surrounding the installation site, and providing clearance for safe passage of the product to reach the site.
The installation site must be ready with power supply and accessible power sockets to facilitate the use of electrical equipments to perform the installation.
If you live in a secured community, kindly ensure Artilux installer team is provided with the necessary access documentation at least 24 hours (1 business day) prior to our arrival.
Your product is ready to serve you immediately after being installed. Silicone seal is applied during the installation process and it takes up to 24 hours to completely set and dry. While the silicone seal sets during this time, avoid applying pressure or heavy weight when using your newly installed Artilux products.
A few examples of precaution to take in the first 24 hours after installation:
DO NOT spray with high water pressure (such as handspray or jet shower) directly on silicone sealed area.
DO NOT push or press against the new product forcefully such as shaking or scrubbing it.
Artilux products are manufactured to the highest standard in a process in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Artilux doors and shower screens are guaranteed by a five (5) years factory warranty for parts against manufacturing defects and one (1) year installation labour warranty, both from the date of invoice.
Blinds – Two (2) years factory warranty for parts against manufacturing defect.
Insect screens – One (1) year factory warranty for parts against manufacturing defect.
Product Care and Maintenance
- A quick rinse by spraying down water on the glass and wiping it dry after each use.
- Use soft sponge or microfibre cloth for wiping. Avoid using abrasive material.
- Use mild detergent for cleaning. Avoid acidic and corrosive chemical.
